Refund Policy

Once a service contract is signed, all payments are final and non-refundable. Clients may choose to stop services at any time, but they are still responsible for completing payment according to the terms of the contract. This ensures fair compensation for time, planning, and work already allocated to the project.

If Dallas Reign Digital must cancel the contract for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued based on the portion of work completed. Clients will be refunded for any services not delivered beyond that point. This is the only circumstance under which refunds are provided.

Dallas Reign Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and will apply to future agreements. Existing contracts will remain under the terms defined at the time of signing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
